They were stated to have left school "Prematurely" in 1985 or 1986. Odds are the either dropped out or most likely Don or Bertram gave them the old heave-oh after one too many shenanigans.

Ben and Karen both need to collect their ass-beating tickets! Alf, given how his ticker plays up, you may want to cool it on that extramarital sex... Frankie's pickle continues... -
Channel 5 Transmission Discussion/Updates

H&A has always been treated well by the channel. They spent a metric F...udgeton on the marketing in 2001 and the first look in 2006. Would rather Neighbours stayed in its traditional slot tbf. -

Frank, You Great Weiner... Also, Alf still continuing to play with fire. Better mind it don't fall off! (Same applies to Michael) So in this Universe Bobby doesn't really know the Gibsons bar Revhead who has rep for causing trouble in town. I'm glad Don stuck to his guns. Nobody would have respected him if he caved. Karen turning on the waterworks for Daddy Dennis (who in this story is far removed from Les Bagley as you can get), The way she's carrying on plenty of people would poke in her the eye for reals! (Emma, Stevo, etc) -

Couldn't help but laugh at Barnett's take on homosexuals. That is in line with how the character would be. Father AND Daughter playing away, jeez. So Dennis (We know what you did there) Rocks up... Interesting. Maz, I think it's time you stop working with those beauty chemicals with the door closed. -

More Morgan marital tension... Mazza coming to the bay but with Lucini on the loose, is this a good idea? Alf and Debra playing a DANGEROUS game. Another bloke drops into Pip's life. Haydn's gonna look like a flipping Pizza if he keeps on! ? -

Frank needs to be careful before he winds up being made into... Franks! The kind they serve at Baseball stadiums Mazza wakes up in more ways than one but she needs to get away from Ben like last year! That Karen/Adam scene just seemed so believable and most likely she'd have shortened her dress a bit to catch his eye! Bobby had a RIGHT explosion! -
^ The above was late 1996 into early 1997. Yes, They left it Ambiguous about Gabe's fate but given his love of the drink, if he didn't die in that episode, he most likely would have about a week later.

Well, Bobby found the old Nose Sherbert... Let's see where that goes! And given Narelle's personality, that's a dangerous mix, she's already like Zebedee from The Magic Roundabout without it ? I can just see A Drastically slimmed down Alf climbing in and outta Deb's window like he's 16/17! ? Still, bad Alf! ?? -

Grant playing detective.. This gets more intriguing. Haydn you devious get! Damn you, Jenny! Bobby having to use a stepladder seems believable as Nicolle isn't the tallest woman in the world! :? -
^ And a only handful of them are legends.

Not much different from what's playing out on screen in the current product! Grant beginning to cotton onto what's going down.. Nick treating Julie like garbage Stevo in England... Hmmm.. Frank in.. over his head! It's Dog eat Dog out there. -
God, I'd be doing backflips plus the spinaroonie!

If I were writing Samantha would have kicked Lucini right in his meatballs! But that would have probably made things a billion times worse for Carly. One guy being a Dick, two married men thinking with theirs! Poor Emma, still plagued by Barry. -

Holy crap... Sam and Jackie? Now things are really moving on! Dammit, Lucini. Two blondes not to enough to slip the Salami to?! -
God, I remember that. Egan was a humongous tosser. Yeah, Don made Casey feel about as welcome as a fart in a spacesuit. 1997 was a strange time for the show. You either got some good stuff like the Cyclone or some other meh filler.

Sarge taking an interest in Debra? Ooh. And Alf isn't liking it one bit! ? Nice early years-esque moment with Stevo/Bobby. -
As the backstory notes, He kept the house nice as a tribute to Martha but let the park go to crap and the McPhees were his only permanent tenants.
