Liz Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 The end of the ep, where Sally is (hit over the head?) looked very abrupt to me. I had the feeling that the ep could have been cut. It just struck me as being very similar to Marc's attack, which as we know, Five cut. It just didn't feel right. Were there any cuts made (or am I just being paranoid now)?
-*-_Free Spirit_-*- Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 yeah its so annoying. We never get to see the juicy bits we all wanna see. Just the basic stryling in sum tv mag.
ste Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 I would also like to know the answer to this, maybe any aussies could tell us? In our version, Sally hears footsteps behind her, then turns round in slow motion and gasps, then it ends.
Si-Co Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 Damn, thought I had the Aussie version of this episode on tape, but the tape runs out halfway through the episode
James Martin Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 I have the Aussie version courtesy of Des/Valk... *goes to check* She turns round and gasps. In slow-mo. The end. So nothing there hit the cutting-room floor. In other news... Methinks Daniel Bennett is a Tomb Raider fan.
James Martin Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 Just a hunch. Move over Angelina Jolie, Kate Ritchie IS Lara Croft!
Liz Posted October 16, 2005 Report Posted October 16, 2005 Thank God they didn't cut Sally's "Bouncing", hey JM?
James Martin Posted October 18, 2005 Report Posted October 18, 2005 Thankfully no, but I have that on video anyway from the Australian airing
claire_louise Posted October 18, 2005 Report Posted October 18, 2005 Oh God, I was trying really hard to watch that ep seriously but I kept noticing the 'bouncing'! The annoying thing is I probably wouldn't have if people on here hadn't dicussed it (and discussed it, and discussed it...)! Funny that Sally's outfit was totally not her usual style...
