Harper is in full on crazy person mode here. And if that wasn't enough to endear Sonny and Dana to me, then they were wonderfully quirky. I loved Sonny's response to Harper's increasingly rambling questioning, and his kicking Dana out in the nicest possible way to go and sort it. I also like that Irene seems to have belatedly twigged that Harper's being a drama queen and shut her down at every opportunity. Marilyn, one episode after sniping at John for doing the same, decides to chime in with her opinion of Sonny so I was quite glad Irene gave her a taste of her own medicine. But yes, it makes sense that Harper would be overcompensating for her poor choices with Tane.

Mackenzie seemed to have emptied out her own glass of crazy, but was back drinking it by the end with her multiple purchases. And yes, Levi even pointed out to her that getting stressed will just make it harder but she's determined to do this now.

Justin ends up as Remi's confidante, even if he did stop him getting any sleep.I guess it might work for a couple of nights but hopefully Remi doesn't have to keep it up for too long. I liked Justin's deadpan attempt to convince Theo the surf is terrible and the byplay between Sonny and Theo.

Not really making excuses for Harper overreacting over Dana's being  with Sonny but like any parent does when their son/daughter is in what  they think is a bad relationship that is what they do even if said children  are adults, Harper was 'mum' to Dana.  Look at Leah, she is a surrogate mum to Theo.  Harper and Sonny's chance meeting in the Diner started off OK, she even suggested him buying Dana a blueberry muffin as it's her favourite but then  she went and spoilt it asking again what his intentions were, so Irene had to shut her down.  Has Maz had much contact with Sonny, as she's  pretty good at sussing out people?  Sonny hearing about Harper's  problems with Tane was pretty astute as  that is why she could be  so against them and yes it was a gentle kicking out, it did  show he does care. I don't think Harper has had any other guys after her  break up with her fiance so Tane would have been the first she was serious about.

Levi, naturally, had his doctors head on when Mac was panicking about not being pregnant yet,  he was seeing it from a medical perspective and no blame  to him he couldn't expect to be able to see it from a woman's point of view.  He did have a much better idea of getting pregnant than relying on ovulation kits.🤣 They do tend to take the fun out off it and as he said, they can't be that reliable as every woman is different . You could be as regular as clockwork down to the hour for some, but others may be a day early one month and  a day late the next.    Mac has only just come of the pill so that would mess with your body. Yeh I know some women get pregnant right away but others don't.

Oops Justin has been asked to keep a secret. 🤫   No way can Remi keep working two jobs for long, working with Kirby during the day and playing  on Avalon's album at night.  I'm guessing that Bree is working and that is why we haven't seen her as she'd certainly notice he's knackered and would soon get the truth out of him.

Theo, so far, has been obeying Tane's rules  with his exercises but he's missing the surf so well done to you Justin.👏  He certainly wasn't fooled by Sonny's insistence he and Dana are just friends.   Btw does Bree know Dana is staying over?   Brief mention of Lacey, she's got  a part time  job at Reefton Lakes, so keeping out of dad's way.

I knew Lacey's Dad appeared in Home and Away before but I completely forgot it was Dylan Carter.  I am quite enjoying seeing Lacey interact with other characters and finding out more about her back story.

It feels like they've switched personalities with Harper and Leah.  Never thought I would see the day when Harper was more annoying than Dana but she's been bordering on unbearable and I also want to see Dana and Sonny together because of her now.  Irene's facial expressions were quite amusing.

It was kind of one extreme to the other with Eden there. She started off having some nice sibling banter with Abby and it was quite sweet of her to ask her to be maid of honour. But as soon as she saw that message from their dad, it was like a hair trigger for her.She didn't even have the self-awareness to realise that this is one of the reasons she and Abigail ended up so alienated in the first place, her demanding Abigail hate Jimmy and Levi just because she did and wrecking her chance of having a relationship with them. So, now Abigail's issued a challenge, how will she respond to it?

Whilst I'm glad in one way, Harper and Dana have been at odds for so long that it really felt like we needed a better wrap-up than "We talked all night and we've sorted it." But at least it left Dana and Sonny free to discuss what they are in their own not-giving-anything-away manner. I was amused by Sonny's claim to be the father of twins and the way Dana clearly wasn't taken in for a second.

Unfortunately, it left Harper free to indulge in even more toxic past-times. Irene telling her to go and declare her undying love to Tane again was utterly terrible advice. And Harper's response, basically deciding to go on holiday with Tane in the hope something will happen, was even more terrible.Tane looked more than a bit bemused by the whole thing.

Leah continues to be concerned that she knows more about Lacey than Theo does!

I think I know why Eden is so anti dad, she was a daddy's girl, as happens in families,  she was closer to him than she was with mum, perhaps  they did a  lot of things together and that is why his betrayal hit her so hard.  We will have to see how Abby's challenge goes down.  Eden and Abby's exchanges were fun.  One thing sorted, two to go, the date of actual Wedding and who Cash's Best Man will be - Tane?

Finally Dana and Sonny admitted they do like each other more than friends - but then we and everyone else knew that anyway.   Sonny fessed up he'd told Theo who'd guessed anyway.  His "I'm a daddy of twins boys and they are coming to live with me" was funny, they both  will have had pasts -  will Dana tell him about Olly?

🤣the fact there was a lack of coffee, milk at Bree's so Sonny and Dana had to go out to get one. Guessing Bree is  otherwise occupied  to top up Mother Hubbard's cupboard/fridge.

👍👏  to Leah keeping her mouth shut about who Lacey's dad was, quickly catching on Lacey hadn't yet confided in Theo.   She did repeat her offer of a job at the Diner, but said it wasn't so she could keep an eye on her.   🙂 at her saying she wasn't stalking  Theo when they bumped into each other at the gym, it really was a coincidence.  She's learning.

Has it really been three months since the aborted Wedding?  I remember Tane booking that period of time so Harper would have recovered from the birth and  Archie would be old enough to join them in Japan.  Although presently he and Harper are doing fine co-parenting, they haven't spent that much time together, Tane goes back to his place and Harper goes back to Irene's,   but in Japan it'll be completely different,  they'll be together 24/7 and in  a foreign country so no escape. She did chicken out of telling him she still loved him and  was hoping the time away would change his mind/heart.  He's innocently thinking it would a great time and he wouldn't be missing Archie while he's away.  He does care for Harper, he booked Japan as she  had said it was somewhere she'd love to go.

A mystery - or not - woman having  a right set to with Lacey which Cash has to break  up.

Harper still has feelings for Tane sort it out for her insanity please can the girl from the Ring kidnap them both in Japan that could help with my insanity

I don’t know getting a present for every missed birthday sounds good too me

I think Jos car could be haunted it was in middle of the road broken down and then parked on the grass unless Tane moved it

Sonny and Dana reminded me of having those awkward chats with old girlfriends the show doesn’t really do much I can releate too much so that was good

I found David meeting everybody at the coffee cart amusing I was thinking you have meet him before you just don’t realise it

Tane came across as a bit unhinged here. Fair enough, pulling over when you see someone broken down is just good manners, and Jo was unnecessarily rude to him, showing she's definitely her father's daughter. But why would anyone in their right mind drive out there the next day and work on the car without the owner's permission? How did he even know the car was still there? What would he have done if Jo hadn't come back while he was there, stuck a note on it saying "Fixed it"? In a way, he's lucky she is David's daughter, because a complete stranger turning up and finding him there would have been even more creeped out.

Alf, Irene and even Leah seemed to be charmed by David but Cash is seeing a different side to him.Still, Eden needs to realise that the police station being a drop-in centre isn't a thing anymore.Cash ended up helping Eden come to a sensible solution, going to see Debra instead of making assumptions about how she feels.I'm not sure Abby was invited, but it gets her out of the way for the rest of the week! Seems like Mali is having a bit of trouble being a one man band again. I noticed Alf only said he "looks after" the caravan park: An acknowledgement that Sally and Miles still own it after all these years?

So, reading between the lines, it seems like Jo was the driver who killed their mother who Lacey feels David forgave too easily. It being his daughter is both more understandable and more disturbing, since he'd probably be quicker to convince himself she wasn't to blame, and try and demand Lacey do the same, than if it was a stranger. Despite him saying he wouldn't use his police authority to force a meeting with Lacey, he's done that already. I think Jo pushed it way too far with Lacey at the end, including grabbing her to stop her walking away, and she seemed to give as good as she got in that fight.

Yeah, whilst my first impressions of Jo aren't that great, I wasn't keen on Tane at all and he definitely wouldn't have gone to that much trouble if it had been a guy.  The way Jo looked round at him when David told her Tane did a good job makes me wonder whether that scene was a plot device and a precursor for those two getting together.

Continuing to enjoy the scenes with Leah and Lacey.  I quite like the fact that Leah isn't convinced that David is the bad guy but is still being understanding and empathetic towards her.

I do feel David is being harsh with Cash.  I don't know what he's like with the other police officers but maybe because of Cash's recent track record he feels he has to keep him in line.
