Alan Fisher almost dated Bobby, unaware they were half siblings, and unaware they were also first cousins as Bobby did not yet know who her blood mother was. Same father, and their mothers (Barbara and Morag) were sisters.

I find it funny, rewatching 1988 episodes that Bobby, Lance and Roo are all cousins, yet they and the audience didn't know it.

Do the romantic relationships between foster siblings count?  Didn't Shannon date her brother at a point?

Selina became pregnant with Damian's child. They didn't live in the same house but Irene considered Selina as good as a daughter and Damian was her son. If Selina had carried the baby to full term I guess Irene would have been an extra special grandmother if that makes any sense.
