Tom or Michael?

Although I had posted that I like Michael better anyway, the latest episodes have really verified this for me! The way Tom treated Pippa was just horrible over the past couple of weeks. And while you could just about understand his point of view, considering what he saw, he carried on like an idiot. And then when he finally did learn the truth (not to mention realise the shameful amount of effort so many people had to go to simply to get him to listen) did he so much as apologise? I may have missed it, but I didn't hear the word "Sorry". If I was Pippa, I'd have slapped him. He seemed more concerned about not being able to beat up a much fitter guy, than the fact he had treated his wife like crap and caused such a miserable atmosphere in the family for so long.

Tom got on my nerves the way he acted towards Pippa - and no I dont think he did say sorry, Pippa seemed not to care once she realised he believed her. I just dont like the way he or Pippa was written throughout that storyline.

I have so far only seen the episodes with Tom during the early years. I'm only on episode 317. When I later get to the episodes with Michael in I might change my mind.

Not sure until I know which one's the best and why.

I always had a soft spot for Michael and I cried

when he died

. It was the first episode ever that really made me cry.

Watching the way Tom treated Pippa lately, I don't like him. and the way he treated his kids too.

I prefer Tom over Michael. Not just because he was the original but because to me he seemed a bit more down to earth than Michael. That's just my opinion though. I did like Michael as well though. I only had vague memories of the early years and grew up watching Michael and (Pippa 2). But I've seen nearly all of Tom's episodes now so I can compare the two. It's a shame they both got killed off suddenly.
