Has it ever been confirmed by anybody (Pippa, Roo, Sally) that Frank went back to live in the US? For some reason I just don’t see that happening considering he told Bobby he didn’t like it there.

I give up trying to watch it. It’s too “modern” now. It’s like the show evolved and left me behind lol. Everyone’s houses look so different, and the story lines are not as good as the earlier days. I need to see some more old faces!

I’m trying to watch Neighbours but I can’t figure out where everyone lives. I thought Jane lived at Mrs Mangels house? Does Paul live in the Robinson house? Stefan Dennis is a phenomenal actor. Paul Robinson hasn’t changed one bit.

So Des came back to Erinsborough after he and Jane split up? I hope Clive and Jane aren’t talking about marriage...the producers have turned her man hungry

Do Jane and her daughter live in Mrs Mangels old house, or with Clive? What happened to the woman Clive cheated on with Jane?

Did Bronwyn ever return? Not sure how I feel about Jane and Clive. Based on some of the reviews I’ve read, the Jane character has turned a bit more comedic. Not sure how I feel about that.

Might be the other way. Has Roo matured enough to be the wife that Frank wants? I’m sure the interview is on YouTube. It was a while ago when I watched it. Alex also mentioned in that interview that he was a veterinary nurse for six years. That’s great but it just baffles me that as a trained actor, he struggled to get work, and had to retrain in another field. It’s a shame he never took the leap of faith and tried his luck in the UK/US. In my opinion he could’ve done really well in the latter, same with Justine Clarke. Greg(Ross Newton) appears to be struggling to get acting work too. He currently works at a university doing some sort of fund raising.

If I was a writer for the show, this is exactly how I would write his future. He probably would've had some relationships on the way but they didn't go anywhere. It would follow on from when Frank said to Pippa that he couldn't see himself happy with anyone but Bobby. Alex Papps was interviewed a few years ago and when asked, mentioned along the lines that Frank would still be single if he was around. I know that some people have said that it would be nice for him to reunite with Roo, but I just don't see that happening. However it would be nice to see Alex do another stint in Home and Away and just be really good friends with Roo. I never watched Franks return for Sallys wedding, but based on what I have read, its a shame the writers didn't include some kind of flash back, or any mention of Bobby.

I assume Steve is still with Selina? I recall someone saying Frank went back to USA when Bobby turned him down. It would be interesting to know if he reunited with Roo again at some point. In my opinion the biggest mistake the producers made was not to keep the original Fletcher family unit in tact. Steve, Frank and Carly didn't attend Bobbys funeral, Steve and Frank didnt attend Pippa's wedding, and as you mentioned, Frank was also absent from family events. I think a lot of Franks absences where due to Alex not wanting a long term commitment on Home and Away. I definitely believe things would've been different if he stuck around longer for either his first or second stint. I honestly wouldn't have minded a recast to preserve the character. Makes you wonder if the producers were hoping that Justine and Frank would return so they didn't kill them off.

From the dialogue in the clip, it sounded like Des/Jane had broken up for a short period of time, and Mike thought he had a chance I assume the American guy was someone she dated after Mike broke up with her. Shame that Melanie and Joe didn’t work out. Has he ever returned at all?

I recall you mentioning that Jane and Mike keep in touch, but I don't recall any mention of a wife, so maybe that is being kept open for a return?. I don't agree with recasts, however I don't mind them if they happen to preserve the character. Based on what Annie said, Guy would be open to returning to Neighbours, however I don't think he would be open to a long stint. Is there a reason why Janes is jumping from relationship to relationship to relationship? She was just married to Des a few weeks ago, and now she’s with Clive? Do we know why Jane and Des didn’t work out? I really hope this is leading to Mike and Jane reuniting.

There was a period of time where Mike was living with the Mangels. I think it was there that he read Janes diary, and discovered her crush on Scott. Why was he living there?

Yikes...for some reason I thought he was Doug Willis first. He must have filmed his Home and Away/Neighbours scenes very close together

Terrence Donavan is another actor who went from Neighbours (Doug Willis) to Home and Away (Al Simpson) then back to Neighbours again! Alex Papps started on Neighbours then to Home and Away

I just remembered, Steph Scully is who I was referring to earlier. She used to ride a motorbike. I think her mum got married to Paul Robinson. Would be interesting to know the actors who went on to have regular jobs after leaving Home and Away and Neighbours Daphne is now a school teacher. Claims she was uncomfortable with fame which led to her wanting to leave acting. I just checked she had a small role in Home and Away as well.

Yikes..I dont know who any of these people are! What happened to Doug Wills? Did his wife marry Paul? I think he had a daughter who rode a motorbike who went out with fish brothers (Toady or Stoney)

Does Jane's daughter have a British accent? I would hope so since she was more than likely born and raised there. Annie Jones mentioned in an interview that she had been campaigning for Scott and Mike to return for one of the recent anniversaries but there was a scheduling conflict. I think Mike would return if it was a short stint. Besides DebPip and Uncle Phil, who else went from Home and Away to Neighbours? From Neighbours to Home and Away we had Henry and Mike..I'm sure I'm missing someone else

Did she mention getting married when she first returned to erinsborough, or is that something that came up in her second stint? I still don’t understand how Paul and Jane got together, that was really bizarre. Are Karl and Susan still together?
