  2. Oh I defintely am! Still have my first one from the cot, not ashamed to admit it! You are right about Roo re: comments too.
  3. RR1, I felt the same about the bear! For once, I cheered when Levi gave Remi a serve! Bree sadly proving my point about the women on H&A, immature behaviour to the extreme, what is she, three? She clearly needed naptime. Don't blame Eden for being annoyed, no-one likes being used as a patsy, even less when you're not even asked if you mind. Kind of felt sorry for John, thought he did well with Xander and Dana...who wants to lay odds this time next year they're doing it for real, hehe?
  4. Loved Justin asking Theo to be his Best Man, a great way to strengthen the blended family even more; Valerie is a little snake, the sooner Theo squeals the better. I wondered when Stevie mentioned her best friend/ being in the same movie whether there is either the friend's boyfriend or a crew member who had it in for Stevie and the friend got caught in the crossfire so now Stalker blames Stevie for their possible alleged crime?
  5. Welcome to Addiction Theo; sing and get rid of the Deadwood, the girl ain't worth it, at all! Interesting insight to Harper/Dana (silly me but is it Harper or Dana that is older?) and their polarising views on their parents, I'm very much on Team Dana with that one. I have a theory that maybe Dana was abused but Harper never saw because she was either A) Protecting Harper or B) Harper was the favourite in their twisted minds. Who knows?
  6. Yes, not the smartest move but, frankly, I wouldn't have blamed Tane for decking him! People like Peter are truly disgusting gutter creatures. I'm glad he did put distance between him and Flick again because I sense she could still possibly misread her acceptance of help as means of reconciliation, whichj wouldn't be good for either of them. I did feel quite moved at the goodbye scene too for Tane and the little one. Dana, you were foolish, put your big girl pants on and take it, she's lucky only Tane's not interested in forgiveness and not her bosses.
  7. According to my EPG there's some sort of Seniors Championship on C5 from next Wednesday, I'm just as confused!
  8. Apologies if this has been picked up in another thread but while the snooker is on for the foreseeable future will the C5 episodes be shown purely on 5STAR/Online or is it off air across the board, if anyone knows? Many thanks.
  9. I agree with you entire post but this jumped out at me very much as it's something you see so much in society not just in soap; yes, Tane isn't doig his own mental wellbeing any favours but then again everything of recent times has been more of the same but yes, had it been Flick or any other H&A female guttersnipe journo wouldn't have been interested as their would be no scandal for him.
  10. Yikes! Never good. Yes you're right if you're a true rider it's in the blood. (Admittedly for many reasons it kind of skipped me but I can appreciate bikes and the passion.) H&Alover, I kind of meant rather that in today's acting industry it seems no matter how good you are as an actor/actress is your social presence seems to be what determines you by the fanbase, which in itself is both sad and scary, admittedly it's more younger ones that do it but it always comes across like social media is even more important than actual life and Stevie was giving me that vibe.
  11. For the deer, fatal I'm sad to say but my father a broken foot and two fingers and a badly pulled shoulder. He was back on the bike 10 weeks later! He and I don't tend to see eye to eye on much but where the bike's concerned, he is probably the safest motorcyclist I know; only ever drove too big a bike once on a test drive so didn't buy it. When I was listening to way Remi talked to Bree about the bike, I could hear him.
  12. I'm glad Cash put Flick straight, as always; she still has alot of growing up to do in a sense and trying to pretend she wants to foster as a way to tempt Tane back shows her still almost teenage mentality. I wouldn't trust Flick with a pot plant to be honest and her immediate angry teenager tantrum to Cash proved his point, also it technically would have something to do with him as he does co-lease the house I believe. Stevie, typical jumped up one-hit wonder who is fighting Cash purely because she knows if she didn't appear on her socials she'd be forgotten by the end of the week, though Eden did make me chuckle with her barely contained fangirling...we all went there once a very long time ago. I get both Bree and Remi's sides, a lot of emergency doctors really do dislike motorbikes as sometimes you have irresponsible riders but also in equally amount you have innocent rider and irresponsible/hateful drivers but the consequences can be horrendous. However, Remi is clearly a competent rider and up to now has been safe. H&Alover, you make an excellent point that Remi's injuries would likely have been exagerated by Wes and Mickey's manhandling. Huge amount depends on the rider knowing their limits too, like you'll get people having a midlife crisis and buy a bike because they had a pop-pop in their teens but then buy a behemoth after years off, it's bound to be trouble. (Grew up around motorcyclists, Dad has ridden since 16 and is still riding now in his 70's had two accidents in that time, one caused by a deer would you believe) and Remi strikes that though he have done the odd ton in life, he knows what he's handling. Bree's mania is a tad controlling and their is perhaps a ghost of her husband's behaviour there but I think that's unintentional. I'll admit Remi's analogy was clumsy, he could've used surfing, dangerous if done incorrectly. Oh Dana, you silly silly girl, desperation breeds madness clearly! Mac, what did you expect, you were practically begging Levi to move in the other week, pot kettle much? Yes, wayyyyy too early for big gestures but I hope Mac remembers this when no-one has sympathy for her when she's left for dust though, really hoped she'd have more self-respect.
  13. My thoughts exactly, re: breakdown, mind you it would hardly be surprising given his tenure in the Bay so far. I enjoyed the scenes for purely selfish reasons, though, hehehe! Valerie shows her usual cowardice but then that is the nature of someone drug-reliant through choice, Theo is being epically stupid too.
  14. It was, Jacob's son Blake left his son for Jacob to find and he is now caring for him.
  15. I'll admit for selfish reasons I enjoyed the Tane/baby scenes! Love the fact Valerie's all big talk when alone with Kirby but the minute she sees her with a cop shows herself to be the coward she truly is, Kirby is right to look out for Lyrik's rep, Theo can wreck his life if he wants but he has no need to drag everyone with him.
  16. It would depend on the age StoryBaby is 3 months so it would be possibly that she would be hungry, it's often why you might notice Mum's offer their baby their figer to suck it's a comfort thing too. However, ActualBaby I think would be older for regulations so yes, teething. (Gotta love having a mate who watches the show and is a midwife! ) I'll admit seeing Tane cuddling the baby made me ; according to Mum in that pose he would've been the perfect candidate for a reboot of a certain iconic 70's/80's poster!
  17. My thoughts exactly, she is just the type I can't stand in real life, entitited, stupid and whiny! How people fall over themselves for these people in real life is insane, teaching nothing.
  18. Tane's 'Derek' summation hjad me in hysterics...I thought the same! What a weirdo he was though, surely he would've been more Dana's type given her previous form. Mac clearly has no self-rerspect any more and for once Levi is right, there is nothing normal about this; I know the mordern attitude to marriage is treat it like a pasttime but it should mean something, things like honesty and fidelity seem to be foreign concepts. Mac is acting as if she's special, she isn't sadly, she's just another dime a dozen dolly bird that Levi's likely as not snagged before. I'm with Mali and Tane, yes, all for vacating at certain times of course, but not constantly.
  19. I very much dislike Valerie's plying, I don't doubt Justin will notice at some point but Leah will whine because she thinks the sun shines out of Valerie's bum. Kirby was right to call it too. What you do with your own life and body is your business but don't turn someone else into a wreck just because you like being one. I feel for Bree in the grief department, it can turn you completely inside out and upside down but equally understand Remi, think Kirby put it best about them both trying so hard they were tripping over each other with it; good intentions clumsily executed.
  20. What an evil indivdual Valerie is, plays the victim and manipulates good people absolutely no sympathy whatsoever. I think under normal circumstances Theo wouldn't be that stupid but sadly stress often breeds stupidity. Kirby is wise to Valerie already I think, she may not know the reason but knows the MO spot on, she needs to protect Lyrik as no-one else is in a position to right now.
  21. I'm glad the boys tried to get Mackenzie to see sense...as for her screamy tantrum confession, as the saying goes give them enough rope... She doesn't really have the right to feel put out with Levi, she's the intruder as it were but also sadly, she's running away with the fact she thinks she's special and that he actually cares, sadly she's nothing of the kind in his eyes. She's easy to manipuate, good looking and willing but shiny new toys get old quick and I don't doubt he'd find a new woman lickety-split and she would be the only one left hurting and the boys would have to pick up the pieces. It shows what Levi's MO is really, pre-heart attack Mac would've had more self-respect and guts than to fall for his spiel but she's been freaked out, so easy prey. Tane admitting he gave into temptation, my earlier cake/diet analogy in action; I still maintain Flick was naive to think it would go anywhere else other than a release they both wanted at time, it didn't change what she'd done.
  22. I didn't like him at the very start but he grew on me; I'll admit I still like him but in another sense I love strong male characters but also that he is kind of subverting the societal tropes too at the moment.
  23. I know it's off topic but Happy Easter all!
  24. What you said by the way about doc/hosp 'are you okay' thing! So true! Whenever you either go to see them or meet someone you know there it's always 'How are you?' 'Oh fine, thanks' yet 9/10 times you're there because you're the opposite! Mac, honey you are are a hypocrite of the highest order, don't ever spout sisterhood again! Really did feel sorry for Theo, it is so hard when you have family pulling you in different directions, glad he put himself out of it. Think Cash could regret his paddywack! Also felt sorry for Bree with her dad and glad she did explain to Remi, karmic feeling as I guessed. Tane reminded me of someone who's trying to lose weight...you know you shouldn't eat the chocolate cake but you take a slice and enjoy it anyways...the high soon comes crashing down and the regret sure as heck lasts longer as do the consequences! Flick is a bit naive though to think he'd fall back just because of one session, any woman can do what she did for him, it's no special talent and the fundamental flaws of deception, family etc. still stand. I think Roo is right in a sense, with big money you never trust anyone, as yes, they (the donor( could be using them as a cover to either store or dispose of ill-gotten gains and whether or not you know about it it's the receipient that pays the dues. My bet's on our resident delicate flower Banjo as he wants to impress Dana, a kind of Mrs. Robinson style crush perhaps and he's hoping she'll work it out and he might get a little something in return.
